How It Works: All skill-levels welcome. Our classes are developmentally appropriate for the ages listed. We advise all children to be the minimum age for the class by the season start date to set them up for success in our program.

Welcome to Soccer Shots at Barton Hills Elementary!

We will be playing on City of Austin park space, and the city requires every child has a completed waiver on file each season.

Print and complete the form and bring it to your next class for your coach. Your coach may have some extra copies on hand.
If you have any issues downloading the form, please call our office at (512) 420-9450, and someone will be able to assist you.

LOCATION: Please meet east of the covered basketball court near Barton Hills Drive. You can park along Briarcrest Drive and Homedale Drive (see map). Look for your coach wearing an orange Soccer Shots jersey.

Important Information:

1. Please bring a water bottle for your child. Apply sunscreen and/or bug spray as needed prior to session start.

2. Cleats and shinguards are not required. Gym shoes and comfortable clothes work great. Please dress for the weather.

3. The $40 annual enrollment fee resets every 11 months and triggers a new jersey for your child. Your jersey will be mailed directly to your home address.

4. Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before the session start time so your child can get comfortable and sessions can start on time.

5. Parents/guardians must be present for the entirety of the session.

6. We do not offer individual make up sessions if your child is absent. Make-ups are reserved for session cancelations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Weather Policy: 1. Weather advisories and cancelations will be posted to our website, soccershots.com/austin. Look for a bright red banner across the top of the homepage listing cancelations. If no cancelation is posted, your session is ON.

2. We try to post one hour prior to the start of sessions when possible. If weather changes rapidly, which is common in Central Texas, we will send an automated text and email with cancelation information as well as posting on the website.

3. Any make up sessions will be held at the end of the season on the same day and time as your normal sessions. We offer up to two make up sessions per season for sessions canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances that affect the entire class. We do not offer individual make up sessions if your child is absent/sick/etc. Make ups are reserved for session cancelations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Make up information will be sent via email by the end of the next business day.

Soccer Shots Classic utilizes creative and imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting.

We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation.

Will My Child Get a Soccer Shots Jersey?

Youth jerseys are distributed once every 11 months and are sent upon payment of the enrollment fee, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that year.
If you have not been prompted to pay your enrollment fee, you also will not be receiving a jersey for this season.
Jerseys are mailed out from our national distribution center within 7-10 business days and not from our local office. Please direct all jersey inquiries to [email protected].
