We do not have access to the building or water fountains so plan to bring plenty of water for your child. We have access to a port-a-pottie located near the field.

Important Information:

Parents/ guardians must be present for the entirety of the session.

Please let us know if your child needs to be collected from the WAYA Preschool.

1. Please bring a water bottle for your child.

2. Cleats and shinguards are not required. Gym shoes and comfortable clothes work great. ​Please dress for the weather.

3. The $40 annual enrollment fee resets every 11 months and triggers a new jersey for your child. Your jersey will be mailed directly to your home address.

4. Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before the session start time so your child can get comfortable and sessions can start on time.

5. We do not offer individual make up sessions if your child is absent. Make ups are reserved for session cancelations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Weather Policy:
We typically will obtain permission to play in the GYM if it is raining or too wet. Please do not wear cleats in the gym. In the case that no indoor space is available to us, read below.

Weather advisories and cancelations will be posted to our website soccershots.com/austin. Look for a bright red banner across the top of the homepage listing cancelations. If no cancelation is posted, your session is ON.

We try to post one hour prior to the start of sessions when possible. If weather changes rapidly, which is common in Central Texas, we will send an automated text and email with cancelation information as well as posting on the website.

Make up sessions will be held at the end of the season on the same day and time as your normal sessions. We offer up to two make ups per season for sessions canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Make up information will be sent via email by the end of the next business day.

3. To Bring: Plenty of water, snack, and weather-appropriate clothing. Please apply sunscreen and bug spray prior to camp. Be sure they are wearing closed-toed shoes; cleats and shin guards are optional but not necessary.

4. Soccer Shots camp time runs from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Adults will not be allowed to stay in the playing space and children will only be released to authorized adults listed in your Soccer Shots account.

5. Late-Pick-Up Policy: Please respect the coaches' schedule. Following a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled end time, a $20 fee will be assessed for each 15-minute increment your child remains in Soccer Shots' care.

• 2 or more Days Canceled - Pro-rated refunds based on number of days lost
• No refunds will be issued for partial days.

Weather Policy:
We will do everything possible to hold camp as scheduled, rain or shine. In the event inclement weather causes a cancellation due to safety reasons, the following refund policy will apply:
• 1 Day Canceled - No credit or refund
• 2 or more Days Canceled - Pro-rated refunds based on number of days lost
• No refunds will be issued for partial days.

Refund Policy: Cancelations due to any reason up to ten days prior to camp are subject to a $50 per camper cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within ten days of the start of camp. Refunds will not be issued for campers who miss periods of the camp due to illness, injury or conflicting activities.

How It Works: Open to the public. This camp is OUTDOOR ONLY and developmentally-appropriate for the ages listed. Each player receives a camp t-shirt, medal, and daily prize. All skill-levels welcome.
Important: Players must be 100% bathroom independent. We advise all children to be the minimum age for the class by the class start date to set them up for success in our program.

Welcome to Soccer Shots Summer Camp IV - Premier at WAYA!

Important Info:
1. Note: This camp is OUTDOOR-ONLY and takes place on WAYA's Brumley Field. See our Weather Policy below regarding cancelations and delays.

2. All children must be 100% bathroom independent. We understand accidents may happen but coaches are not responsible for attending to your child in the bathroom.

3. To Bring: Plenty of water, snack, and weather-appropriate clothing. Please apply sunscreen and bug spray prior to camp. Be sure they are wearing closed-toed shoes; cleats and shin guards are optional but not necessary.

4. Soccer Shots camp time runs from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Adults will not be allowed to stay in the playing space and children will only be released to authorized adults listed in your Soccer Shots account.

5. Late-Pick-Up Policy: Please respect the coaches' schedule. Following a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled end time, a $20 fee will be assessed for each 15-minute increment your child remains in Soccer Shots' care.

9:50-10:10 Snack and Bathroom Break
10:10-10:50 Soccer Session II
10:50-11:15 Craft & Bathroom Break
11:15-11:50 Soccer Session III/Scrimmage
11:50-12:00 Wrap-up and dismissal
