Welcome to Soccer Shots at Brentwood Elementary School!

Important Information:

1. Sessions are held on-site at Brentwood Elementary. Coach will meet children at a specified meet up point inside the building and bring them to the playing space. Please pick up your child from the field at the end of the session at 4:05 p.m.

2. Be sure to have your child bring a water bottle and that they are dressed for the weather.
Cleats and shinguards are optional. Gym shoes and comfortable clothes work great.

3. Pick up your child no later than 4:05 pm and sign them out from coach. We encourage you to come a few minutes early and watch the last few minutes of practice.
**If your child attends after care, Coach will escort them back to the appropriate location. If you haven’t already, please let us know if your child attends an after care program.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY: Please respect the coaches' time. Following a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled end time, a $20 fee will be assessed for each 15-minute increment your child remains in Soccer Shots' care.

5. The $40 annual enrollment fee resets every 11 months and triggers a new jersey for your child. Your jersey will be mailed directly to your home address on file.

6.We do not offer individual make-up sessions if your child is absent. Make-ups are reserved for session cancelations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting the entire group. See Weather Policy below for more info.

7.Due to varying school photo policies and safety guidelines, we do not require our coaches to take pictures during the session. We do our best to keep you in the loop on how and what your child is doing in class through Notes from Coach and emailed Session Summaries, but if you would like additional feedback at any point during the season please contact our office.
Weather Policy:
In the event of a weather cancelation or delay, we try to notify families at least one hour prior to the start of sessions when possible. If weather changes rapidly, which is common in Central Texas, we will send an automated text and email with cancelation information.

Make-up sessions will be held at the end of the season on the same day and time as your normally-scheduled session. We offer up to two make-up classes per season for sessions canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Make-up information will be sent via email by the end of the next business day.

Important Information:

Soccer Shots takes place on-site at HSS after school. Coach will meet children at the designated meeting point between the basketball court and astroturf playing space once school dismisses.

At the end of our soccer class, parent pick-up children will be brought to the school's front lobby. Pick-up and sign-out your child at the FRONT of the building. Please respect the coach's time and pick up your child on time (4:00 p.m.). If your child attends aftercare, coach will bring them to their aftercare teacher.

To Bring: Because of the playing space (we either play on the basketball court or astroturf), cleats are NOT permitted. Gym shoes and comfortable clothes work great. Be sure your child is dressed for the weather and has a water bottle.

Please note that due to the school clubs calendar, our last class offered will be on Wednesday, May 17. Welcome to Soccer Shots at Harmony Science Academy - Cedar Park!

Important Information:

Sessions are held on-site after-school on Harmony's soccer field.

Coach will meet the children at the designated meeting point by the gymnasium once school dismisses. They will have an opportunity to fill up their water bottles and use the restroom before walking as a group out to the soccer field. The school has received the roster of those currently enrolled but please also be sure your child knows that they are in Soccer Shots on Fridays.

PICK-UP: Pick up and sign out your child at the dismissal car loop no later than 3:15 p.m. Coach will walk the children from the soccer field to the dismissal line by 3:15.
Parents/guardians will receive a window decal to place on their dashboard Day 1 so they are easily identifiable as their child's authorized pick-up person. See below for our late pick-up policy.

TO BRING: Cleats and shinguards are not required. Gym shoes and comfortable clothes work great. Be sure your child is dressed for the weather and that they have a water bottle . They are encouraged to wear their Soccer Shots jersey for the session (they will have an opportunity to change).

Important Information:
1. Please bring a water bottle for your child. Apply sunscreen and/or bug spray as needed prior to session start.
2. Cleats and shinguards are not required. Gym shoes and comfortable clothes work great. ​Please dress for the weather.
3. The $40 annual enrollment fee resets every 11 months and triggers a new jersey for your child. Your jersey will be mailed directly to your home address.
4. Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before the session start time so your child can get comfortable and sessions can start on time.
5. Parents/ guardians must be present for the entirety of the session.
6. We do not offer individual make up sessions if your child is absent. Make ups are reserved for session cancelations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Weather Policy:
1. Weather advisories and cancelations will be posted to our website, soccershots.com/sanantonio. Look for a bright red banner across the top of the homepage listing cancelations. If no cancelation is posted, your session is ON.

2. We try to post one hour prior to the start of sessions when possible. If weather changes rapidly, which is common in Central Texas, we will send an automated text and email with cancelation information as well as posting on the website.

3. Any make up sessions will be held at the end of the season on the same day and time as your normal sessions. We offer up to two make up sessions per season for sessions canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances that affect the entire class. We do not offer individual make up sessions if your child is absent/sick/etc. Make ups are reserved for session cancelations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
